Nannup Junior Soccer Club

The Club was incorporated in 2006 but our first team was fielded through the Busselton club in 2005.  2008  was a big year for the club with the fielding of 2 teams. 

Since the dawn of the club Heath Pickett has been involved with the coaching side of things.  He has done an amazing job and is so dedicated to the kids.  Karen Williams has also been outstanding.  Down there in the rain helping to coach the kids.  Organizing just about everything.  If it wasn't for Karen there would be no Nannup Tigers.  There are quite a few parents that pitch in every season to help.  It couldn't be done without the help of so many people.

We have some great sponsors as well.  Charles Gilbert (who used to own the local Hardware store) still gives to the club.  We are hoping to make him a life member of the club to show our appreciation.  The Nannup Shire is fabulous when it comes to the oval.  "Blinds by Derek Sambrook".  He is amazing.  He has no children involved in the club but he bought and delivered our goals.  He has bought strips and also bought jackets for one of the teams as a gift for the wind up presentation, to encourage the kids to keep playing. 

There have been other sponsors along the way as well.  So many people willing to give up time or money to help our club.  It is one of the fabulous things of living in a small country town.  And our great Refs.  Nick Vane and Bob Longmore.  Both did not have any children playing for the club but were both happy to give up some Saturday mornings and ref for our home games.

Anyone under the age of 17 is welcome to join the club.  We hope to have two teams again this year.
