The tables for each league have been reset accodringly with the round one table left for legacy.
Under 6 and Under 8 Fixtures have been updated to reflect the combining of certain teams forcing a bye or alteration of existing fixtures.
Please make sure you have the most recent fixtures to avoid match day confusion.
The LNJSA Disciplinary Table has also been updated and coaches and players should familiarise themselves with this and the entire LNJSA Code Of Conduct expected of members of the LNJSA.
The new and updated 2010 fixtures are now available to download from the fixtures section of the LNJSA Website:
The new fixtures have been created due to the closure of the Our Lady Of The Cape School oval where Dunsborough FIFA teams have been playing their home games. This closure was brought about by unsafe conditions after recent heavy rains. Thank you to the OLC School for helping the DUnsborough Club this year. Dunsborough FIFA (U11-Yough League) home fixtures will now take place in Busselton as per the new fixtures.
There is also a new Dunsborough Team in the Under 10 competition. All Dunsborough Small Sided Games home fixtures will continue to be played at Dunsborough Primary School.
Coaches and players rallied to Churchill Park on Saturday on what was a day that many would have passed curled up on a lounge out of the weather. The rain came down but this did not dampen the spirits of the 90 plus dedicated players and volunteer coaches that took to the pitches in what was the first of 2 trials, for players vying for a place in a LNJSA representative team that will head to Perth in September for the 2010 QBE Country Carnival.
2009 saw a very successful campaign with the players doing themselves; their coaches and parents proud. For the first time in the history of the carnival the 11’s and under age groups from regional WA were invited to participate. The LNJSA 11’s did not disappoint, in their first ever carnival they played hard and matched it with the best of what regional WA could throw at them and with determination and plenty of skill, came home with the trophy, winning the A division with ease. The 13’s girls also at the carnival for the first time played a great campaign and played off in the grand final against Country Coastal JSA only missing out on the coveted winner’s trophy after losing in a penalty shoot out, they did themselves proud and finished their carnival with the runner-up trophy.
All players currently playing in the LNJSA FIFA rules competition are invited to attend.
Age groups being entered are:
- 11 boys;
- 13 boys;
- 15 boys.
- 14 girls
- 16 girls.
All trials will be held at Churchill Park on the following dates.
- 11’s; 13’s & 15’s Boys will trial at 3.00pm on 22nd May & 29th May – players must attend both trial dates.
- 14’s and 16’s Girls will trial at 3.00pm on 22nd May
Please ensure that you wear suitable attire and bring water.

To all players , parents and coaches. Welcome to the 2010 season.
It is now just a few days to go before the start of the new season, one which promises to be full of fun and excitement. Although we have been in our off season, the committees of all your respective clubs have been working tirelessly, organising teams etc - and to all those hardworking parents a heartfelt thank you.
Our association has now a High Performance Centre based in Busselton which now caters for all ages from 4 -17, and together with the South West Academy of Sport, now more than ever, our players have real pathways to make it to state level and beyond. I would like to congratulate all those players who were selected for the state regional squads to tour Singapore later this year, this is a great achievement and I am sure they will represent us to the best of their ability.
A real focus this year will be in putting our coaches through the correct courses, so the players can get the best coaching we can offer, also there is a real push on the standard of refereeing and officials in general, this is very important that as we raise the skill level of the play on the pitch we also need to lift the standard of refereeing .We have just had a referees course for level 5 & 4 , in which over 30 people attended , congratulations to all those people who passed the course.
So what can we expect this year, the year of the world cup! I am sure we will see skill and sportsmanship never been seen at a level before in the LNJSA, and i would like to wish everyone associated with the LNJSA, all the best for the upcoming season, please remember to respect the officials at all times , and have a great year.
Yours in sport
Paul Brown - President
Hard work and persistence has paid rewards for several of our local soccer players. Paul Brown the President of the Leeuwin Naturaliste Junior Soccer Assoc is pleased to announce that several players were recently selected in the State Regional Select Squad to tour Singapore in November this year.
Chelsie Winchcombe; Ash Pemberton; Mehdi Balkhi; Ethan Delatte; Cedric Adinkwuye; Ruben Gelmi; Kia Bako; Chris Massey; Harry Papalia; Chris Papalia; Ryner Koster and Adam Fraser earned recognition and a strip in the State Regional Select Team in their respective age groups with Evie Koster and Paul Holt selected as substitutes in the 16’s girls and 13’s boys respectively. The players were selected by Football West Coaches and Regional Development Officers in attendance and selection was based on their skill level, knowledge of the game, behaviour and performance on the pitch during the carnival.
Earlier in the year Adam Fraser; Ben Cross; Ryner Koster; Kellen Canna; Chris Massey and Josh Brown had earned a place in the 13’s Regional Team competing in the Football West International Challenge against Malaysia held in Perth in January. A first for our local players.
Unfortunately due to lack of numbers the Busselton 15's Team has had to pull out thus resulting in a change to the fixtures.
Due to pitch changes this will affect ALL clubs that entered a team in the:
- 15's Comp;
- Youth League Girl's Comp and
- Youth League Boy's Comp,
Please accept our apologies for the late change to the LNJSA Fixtures. Please ensure you relay this message to ALL coaches / managers / players at your earliest convenience.
We have reworked fixtures to accommodate the late change and they can now be downloaded from this site in the main fixtures section (main menu) or the links below.

What is the High Performance Centre (HPC)?
As part of the FFSW Development Plan, the HPC has a range of programs to help junior players improve their game. We are now inviting new players turning 9 through to 14 in 2010 to enrol into one of two centres (Bunbury or Busselton).The program:
- is based on a technical syllabus that mirrors those of top European Academies
- focuses on improving individual skills and small group play
- is delivered by highly qualified coaches
- ensures each player is carefully aligned to a group that will challenge and allow for continual progression.
